Not bad for three days work. Tim and I got the third floor apartment painted and fixed up and the tenant moves in later this afternoon. (Oh man! I have aches and pains in places I didn't know I could. So.out.Of.shape!)
Ever notice how much loose change you have lying around your home? Are you like me and have jars or bowls sitting around with mixed conis in them.
I'm rolling coins this afternoon (can we say broke!?) and I'm amazed at how much really is sitting around collecting dust. There must be at least twenty dollars here to roll. Thank God because, well, anyway. Spare change? I'm glad I hold onto mine, it's coming in quite handy. Gonna go buy me some cat food tomorrow.
I may have gone a little over board with the scissors the last couple of nights. I was sick and tired of the tangled mop I had so I did what I've been doing since I was a teenager; I washed my hair, got out the trusty scissors, an elastic and cut, cut, cut. I ended up cutting my hair
I don't normally keep the little tales I take off but I kept this one to see once the hair was dry just how bad the ends were.
First Night. Exhibit A.
The hair is destroyed from colouring, blow drying, the elements. It's brittle and frizzy and unruley and dull and just won't curl anymore.
Second Night. Exhibit B.
The hair is healthy looking, soft and shiny. What is left on my head is light and fluffy and all it's curls seem to be coming back.
because I didn't take enough off at the first try.
Ugly Betty tonight. yay!
Supernatural tonight. double yay!
