This is getting old fast.

The extent of the damage is mind-boggling. We had some major wind blow through here again just last Friday that knocked some more trees down and I saw footage of "Stanley Park" on the late news last night. It's heartbreaking.
The camera crew couldn't get very far around the seawall because of the amount of massive trees still lying or precariously propped up helter skelter everywhere and the mud/rock slides. It's so sad to see.
It's going to take months to clean up all the fallen trees and safety check all the cliffs where there could be more potential rock slide and shit all along the sea wall.
The flipping wind and rain has been blasting through here all day. And my lights are flickering. We may be in for a dark and chilly night.

Exactly! What is the deal? After we spent two weeks patching together a client that crashed during the last huge windstorm, now I'm all paranoid, and cringe at the first freshening breeze--and it sounds like tonight is going to be a bit more than breezy. I hope you're safe and sound!
