I was digging around for a scribbler to start the new year off on a clean slate and came across this weird-ass list scrawled over a couple of pages in this one notebook I found. I don't remember writing ANY of this but it is in my 'hurry-up-and-get-it-all-down-before-you-forget-it' handwriting. I think I might be a little weirded out.

Windows opening. Doors held closed.
Black shadows gathering and flying out windows.
Doors slamming.
Lights dimming/flickering.
Tripping/pushing/grabbing.
It's feet weren't touching the floor.

Tall, very tall.

Long black trench coat and top hat.
Chill. Stench.

Chairs moving in another room.
Lights going on by themselves.
Music/people talking in the middle of night.
Shadows hovering.
People standing over us while we sleep.

Faces in windows.

Disembodied voices.
Footsteps along the upstairs hallway.

"Where do all the lonely people go?"
"Where do I belong?"

Spirit returning to same spot.
Investigate to find a pendant.
Items thrown/lifted by unseen hands.
Phones go dead.
Unexplained running.
Apartment found on internet.
Muffled voices somewhere in the house.
Whispering in ears.
Rotten odor in house.
Cracks in walls over doorways.
Footsteps.
Apparitions at foot of bed.

Maybe it's a long forgotten plot bunny. I'm so confused...
