Thanks The definition sounds like this guy. If the classroom door isn't open when he gets in in the morning, he paces (quickly) up and down the hall - humming here and there as he does.

It probably makes sense to the idiot doing it. Otherwise, yeah, actually, it can be a sign of several mental disorders.
