Google 'privacy'

I was wondering if anyone else is clearing their 'web history' before the GOOGLE privacy deal goes into effect on Thursday?

i would but i'm not sure how to do it... all the instructions i've found begin with "sign into your google account", but i don't have one of those. i suspect that doesn't mean i don't have a web history, though. :/

I got to the google 'web history' option through my gmail account. Found it under my "name", inside "account settings" then "web history".

I did. Well I went through the process and checked, but apparently I hadn't even turned Web History on, so that was that. :D

Better safe than sorry, I figure?

I had the same thing. I think I disabled it a long time ago.

Shows how bright I am, I didn't even know they were doing that.
Believe it or not, it was covered on the local news last night.

I'm too paranoid not to believe that the government has always been able to spy on my web history anytime it damn well pleased to worry about erasing my web history now. ;)
