It's nothing worth talking about. But I agree it is an emotion.

I kind of see regret as the multivitamin of emotions.
You can cram an assortment of emotions into one capsule of regret can't you?

erhm. i mean that as something to aspire to, not as a personal inventory. i definitely have a few regrets of my own!

i never seem to be able to figure out the lesson, but i'm pretty sure they're supposed to be teaching us something. *hugs tight*

I vote yes. It makes you feel something... I'd say it was along the lines of sadness and guilt.
