For #1, I have to say Barnes & Noble because they carry Doctor Who and Torchwood novels and they are in my town. Plus being a dumb American who doesn't shop much, I don't know what several of those places are.

I hate all reality shows equally. And I picked JK Simmons because I've been watching a lot of The Closer lately and I like him a lot on that.

Chapters/Indigo is Canada's Barnes & Noble.

LOL I love your equally distributed hate for reality shows. Sadly, I used to hate them all with the passion of a thousand suns, but I'm being warn down and watch a couple of them. JK Simmon's an excellent choice. I'm surprised he was on the "B" list i used as reference, he's bigger than that.

You have a bunch of Canadian stores listed in the gift car question, but you don't mention Canada's Worst Handyman? Sure, I only watch it because hubby does, but really. I can't believe it's not there.

I don't get any of the DIY networks any more so I didn't think of any of the fabulous shows I used to love to watch. :o(

Pretty much my only hobby is writing, not that I do much of that these days.

D'oh! I forgot writing!?! I'm an idiot!
How about your art?

I still do that, too, but I'm a better writer than artist.

For the reality show question: Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares! Gordon Ramsay is the man!!!

Guilty Pleasure answer number B: America's Next Top Model. I refuse to put it in the reality show question 'cuz I don't like it the most! I actually love to hate it!

Have I ever told you how much I love your polls?! 'Cuz I lvoe them a whole heck of a lot!

ANTM is EVERYBODY'S guilty pleasure we love to hate! LOL

Oh, thanks sweet pea. You're the best. (I have fun putting polls together)

How are things going for you these days? ::hugs tight::

There were no ticky boxes on the hobby's question, so my answer is sewing, scrapbooking, paper crafts, making jewelry, and baking/cooking. lol

Oh, dang! Ticky boxes. I should have totally used 'check boxes' on that one.
I'm a multi-hobbier too.

Well, since I said Other for almost all of them:

1. Lowes (the home supply/hardware store place--dunno if you have them up there)
2. Dude, that totally needed to be ticky boxes, not radio buttons: crochet, drawing, singing, cooking, fitness
3. Tie between emptying the cat box, and cleaning the bathtub.
4. OMG, I hate reality shows so much, I can't even begin to say. *froths at the mouth rabidly* I like some of the how-to shows that are cooperative in nature (Holmes on Homes is awesome, my GOD he's hot, and I love Alton Brown), but the competitive, public humiliation shows make me want to rampage.
5. I don't go to parties much anymore, which makes wearing a costume as a adult superfluous.

*g* Hi!

::tackles:hugs:: Hi!

I think there are Lowes back east (but don't quote me) Is it a hardware store?
Yeah, check boxes in the hobbies would have been better. I'm a multi-hobbier too.
*squeee!* you think Mike Holmes is awesome (and hot too!) I heart him! I don't think I know who Alton Brown is. :shame:
I only like 'reality' shows that show peoples' talent, not how scheming and back stabbing they can be. Those kind of reality shows turn my stomach.
Sadly the only time I get dressed up for Halloween anymore if for work.
My costume last year won first prize /brags. I was a giant orange Crayola crayon.

Always happy to pimp: Alton Brown -- http://www.foodnetwork.com/good-eats/index.html

*g* Hopefully it's not one of those ridiculous sites that only works in the US.

Oooh, the Crayola costume sounds awesome. Sadly, we don't do Halloween at work--too small an office to justify the work, I guess. Or too hard to crawl under a desk to fix a PC or server in a hoop skirt? I dunno...

Hey! He also hosts/narrates "Iron Chef America". Yeah, I know who he is.
LOL! I can just picture you on your knees under a computer in a spaghetti field of cables with a hoop skirt and its crinoline sproinging out all around you!
